Snowbikes Shipping Policy
Free Snowbike shipping and handling to the 50 United States and Canada (up to $500 in total shipping costs)
Free shipping applies to the purchase of new snowbike(s) only.
Ruffian Snowbikes will ship its snowbike(s) by the method it deems most advantageous using standard commercial packaging. Ruffian agrees to pay all standard transportation charges and costs associated with shipment of the Snowbike(s), including any packaging required under the circumstances. Free shipping does NOT include import duties or other customers fees associated with international shipping. Currency for payments are US-dollars.
Note: If shipping to other regions outside the United States or Canada, custom quotes and rates can be requested through the "CONTACT" page on the website.
Orders will be shipped from the Ruffian factory in New Hampshire. Ruffian Snowbikes shall be responsible for all risks in transit until the Snowbike(s) reach are received by the customer (denoted by customer signing for receipt).
Ruffian Snowbikes will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the snowbike(s) by the estimated delivery date, indicated in the Purchase Order. Ruffian Snowbikes expressly disclaims liability for any failure to meet such delivery dates.
Any damages incurred while in transit and in possession of the freight carrier must be filed by the Customer with the carrier and Ruffian Snowbikes within seven calendar (7) days (or earlier if carrier policy requires) of receipt of the Product. If Customer fails to notify Ruffian Snowbikes of such damage within seven (7) days of receipt, the Product will be deemed to be received in good condition. Conditional to settlement with the carrier, damaged Products may be returned for exchange/replacement.
Ruffian Snowbikes will require that Customer must be present at the delivery destination to sign for the delivery of your snowbike(s) unless otherwise agreed in writing. If our courier or delivery agent is unable to deliver your order because you (or your appointed responsible party) are not available to sign for your order, you may be charged additional delivery fees incurred to re-attempt the delivery. Customer agrees that she or he shall pay any additional delivery charges for missed deliveries due to Customer (or a responsible party) not being available to sign for the delivery.
